Most L&D professionals design training about AI. I build the actual tools — Claude Skills, Custom GPTs, chained AI workflows — then design the learning that makes people confident using them.

10+ years in L&D and a Master's in Education. Most recently at Intuit, where I scaled AI adoption across 800+ marketers and designed the team's inaugural AI Hackathon.
